Checking Out

Once you place your order our team will work as fast as possible to prepare your package(s) and provide a speedy delivery. We will send you an order confirmation email give you updates all along the way.

To ensure your data is handled confidentially we use encrypted SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software.

Track Your Order

While placing an order you will be required to enter your address and email. You may also enter your phone number, but that is optional.

After your package has shipped out we will then send you another email to update you with a tracking number once available.

How Do I Cancel An Order?

If you decide you no longer want the order. We can process a cancellation within 24 hours of your purchase. Please contact us here or at support@babyall-star.com and we can help. Providing its within 24 hours of the order and hasn't been shipped we should be able to cancel your order and process a refund.

How Does Our Shipping Work? 

Our shipping times take 1-3 weeks for arrival depending on where you live, but in some cases, a longer delivery time is not under our control. Our standard shipping cost is a flat fee of $7.99 but we provide free shipping on all orders over $45. Taxes are already included on all items.

We Work To Provide The Fastest Delivery Improving Each & Every Day

We try our best to provide the fastest possible shipping while taking extra safety precautions, and rest assured we do provide a tracking number so you can stay up to date with any delivery updates all along the way! We work constantly and safely to have every order arrive as soon as possible.

My Item Arrived Damaged

Each and every item is shipped with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact us with a picture of the damaged product and the order number (provided though email). Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.

How Come My Items Arrived Separately?

At Which Points Do You Collect My Personal Data and What is it used for?

The personal data we collect from you is by consent only. At no point do we collect any information about you which you do not agree to give. Personal data is being collected at the following instances, after your consent to give it to us:

Email / SMS Opt-ins:

1. Email opt-ins: Throughout your visit to our store you may see a newsletter form in which you could sign up for or you may encounter a pop-up that lets you to enter your email in order to subscribe to our newsletter and/or receive a discount. After placing your email at checkout we may email you to see if you are still in interest of purchasing the item(s) in your abandoned cart. Only your email is collected, and it is used for these purposes only and is not at any point forwarded to a third party. On each email, there is an option to request not to have messages sent to you through email.

2. SMS Opt-ins. For SMS messaging we use a double-opt in process. When you enter your phone number, in the case of an abandoned cart we may send you a text. The first text will be a double-opt in text which means you need to agree to it if you want to receive SMS messages. You can also agree to our SMS newsletter signup at checkout. It is used for these purposes only, and is not at any point forwarded to a third party. On each message, there is an option to request not to have messages sent to you through SMS.

3. While placing an order you will be required to enter your address and email. You may also enter your phone number, but that is optional. This data is used for shipping the items you purchased directly to you, and sending you via email (and/or SMS if you entered your phone number) order confirmation emails and shipping confirmation emails with tracking numbers.

Your email address is not forwarded to any third party at any point. Your name and shipping address are forwarded to the courier for the purpose of delivering your goods only.

Newsletter Subscription:

4. When entering your email while placing an order, your email is entered into our mailing list so that we may send you future discounts and offers. Should you prefer not to be entered into our mailing list you can uncheck the "subscribe" box, or unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time via the "unsubscribe" link, placed at the bottom of every newsletter.

NOTE: any payment data, such as credit card number, is not collected by us, but rather by a third party payment gateway (Paypal or Credit Card), which complies with all privacy and security regulations. We are not exposed to, or hold, any of your payment data.

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
